The Pearion InnovaGoods adjustable pad with cool and heat effect gel beads has relaxing and calming properties that contribute to general wellbeing. This gel pad with cool and heat effect has multiple uses. It can be cooled or heated, depending on the effect you want to achieve. For a cool effect, place it in the fridge or freezer, and for a heat effect, place it in the microwave (always following the instructions included).
